  1. Preheat oven to 240°C.
  2. Melt butter and mix with the egg.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  4. Form small balls from the dough.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 9 minutes at 240°C.

Tips

  • The high baking temperature ensures quick, golden browning
  • The cookies shouldn't be made too large
  • They taste especially good while still warm
