A protein-rich skyr bowl with blueberries, oats and toasted almonds - perfect for starting the day.
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 400g skyr
- 120g blueberries
- 100g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp acacia honey
- 4 tbsp milk
- 30g blueberries (additional)
- 4 tbsp puffed amaranth
- 2 tsp coconut flakes
Instructions

Wash and clean pear, cut into wedges.

Toast chopped almonds in a pan without fat.

Blend skyr with 120g blueberries, oats, acacia honey and milk.

Distribute the cream among 2 bowls.

Top with pears, almonds and 30g blueberries and serve sprinkled with puffed amaranth and coconut flakes.
