Skyr Bowl

A protein-rich skyr bowl with blueberries, oats and toasted almonds - perfect for starting the day.

  1. Wash and clean pear, cut into wedges.

  2. Toast chopped almonds in a pan without fat.

  3. Blend skyr with 120g blueberries, oats, acacia honey and milk.

  4. Distribute the cream among 2 bowls.

  5. Top with pears, almonds and 30g blueberries and serve sprinkled with puffed amaranth and coconut flakes.
