Waffles

Description
Traditional French waffles (gaufres) recipe with a light and crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 1/3 l milk
- 100 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet baking powder
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Alternately and gradually add the milk, flour, then the baking powder and cooled butter.
- Mix well to obtain a smooth batter.
- The batter is ready to cook. Cooking time: 3 minutes
