Carbonara

Traditional Carbonara recipe with spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan, and bacon.

Carbonara
  1. Boil water and cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water.
  2. Beat eggs and add Parmesan. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Fry bacon in a hot pan.
  4. Drain spaghetti al dente and add to egg-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Mix in bacon and sprinkle remaining Parmesan over top.
