Carbonara

Description
Traditional Carbonara recipe with spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan, and bacon.
Ingredients
- 400g Spaghetti
- 4 eggs
- 200g grated Parmesan
- 200g bacon
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil water and cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water.
- Beat eggs and add Parmesan. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Fry bacon in a hot pan.
- Drain spaghetti al dente and add to egg-Parmesan mixture.
- Mix in bacon and sprinkle remaining Parmesan over top.
