Balsamic Dressing with Honey

A Mediterranean balsamic dressing with honey that goes particularly well with mixed salads with nuts and fruits.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey and balsamic vinegar in a bowl
- Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Stir vigorously or shake until everything is combined
