Balsamic Dressing with Honey

A Mediterranean balsamic dressing with honey that goes particularly well with mixed salads with nuts and fruits.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey and balsamic vinegar in a bowl
  2. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  3. Stir vigorously or shake until everything is combined
